>>56480977This is pretty smart IMO, the way to compete isn't just to go try to sling mud on everyone else to convince people not to look at them but to just prove that you actually-are the best option legitimately. Pretty interesting to see idol seems to pay a fair bit of attention to recruiting and convincing new talents they're the way to be, I see other small corpos just kind of exist suddenly, then their new gens just exist suddenly etc they don't seem to really talk about their practices as a company or set high hopes for talents.
