For comparisons people will draw on, Haachama's shit wasn't announced ahead of time by Cover and has been retconned by her as hospital time aka it wasn't intentional on Cover's part. Miko's gap a while back had her on twitter a bunch still and she even made cameos on the Minecraft server and such while "away" - and her return was celebrated with a fucking concert actually. Here? Cover announced they are stopping, they didn't call it a suspension but the complete absence of twitter/offstream activity from the two dudes in question makes it certainly look like one or worse. The rest of Tempus being gagged from talking about it, not to mention Holos overall, the lack of their showing up in new voicepacks (even Haachama basically gave an IOU for it saying she'll do it eventually), and Magni becoming very-active outside of vtubing all make this feel like something different.
Also, Rushia had the same kind of thing announced on her by Cover that she'd simply "stop" for a bit, I'm pretty sure that wasn't worded as a suspension IIRC. After all, mere suspending implies she'll come back and the offense in question was more grave than that to just assume she'll be OK. Obviously they locked her out of her Rushia stuff to keep all evidence intact so Cover could go investigate her obvious leaking to Korekore, which then was followed up by a firing. So it goes to reason maybe they did the same for these guys too when people were bullshitting around that they knew Tempus and could get in reach with them to find stuff out (ironically including why they stopped in activity).
