Considering that Hope was meant to be the equivalent of Vsinger, we can just consider in the pattern the time between Myth and Council, which is 11 months.
This means that the delta of wait time is 13 months compared to Council to Advent.
Council debuted in 2021, Advent in 2023, if we add Myth that debuted in 2020 and assume that for the first generation the delta is equal to 0, we can see that the last digits all match.
If we take the first prime number after 13, 17, and we assume that as the delta with the next Gen, we end up with a wait time of 41 months, or 3 years and 5 months.
Considering that Advent debuted on the 29th of July and there are days left over, we can safely say that EN Gen 4 will debut in the first half of January of 2027. The last digit match with the delta, so this confirm out hypothesis.

I wouldn't say they should rush it because for long-term investments you want to give them at least 6 months to establish themselves, but EN should pick up the pace until they have enough girls to have something going on every day even if half of them are sick or otherwise unable/unwilling to stream for a while.

Only if they're making more money in total to a point that it makes sense. Either they get enough new "girls only" customers or you start spending more money. If debuting new girls gives them diminishing returns they won't debut them.

All members of Advent were recruited months ago, meaning the last time HoloEN advertised for auditions came after EN3 had all been recruited and were in training. Expect EN4 to drop within the first half of 2024.
