She's never going to be "100%" back. Gura is basically the Brock Lesnar of vtubing. She'll come back every now and then to a shitload of fanfair, high numbers, and great streams, and then she'll dip suddenly and ghost everyone for about 1-3 months. Then she'll do it again, never truly retiring.
She's basically a part timer who can do whatever the fuck she wants.

I mean yeah pretty much. Unless she's comically bad with money, she's easily a multi-millionaire. She's the face of EN vtubing, extremely well known in JP, remains one of the highest merch sellers, and her fans will literally never leave. Her ccv may not be at JP levels, but her VOD views are much muuuch higher, which indicates just how popular she still is and will remain.
If need be, she could leave for a year and it wouldn't hurt her numbers.
