They should weight total fans saved much more heavily and just make Yagoos so brutal that they just subdue the unruly chuuba on the spot. If people want to try and do endless mode with an endless timer, just use no scoring and leaderboards.

Nah, you need to kill Yagoos to get a score like that. Time doesn't help that much, I have a higher score than someone that hit 49 minutes despite lasting less time.

The boss is a giant, slow mass of pixels that clearly telegraphs it's attack and seldomly shoots. You should have enough speed to always outrun it. Are you sure you aren't just dying to mobs instead?

That score would be rank 38 right now assuming it's the 2H, rank 96 if it's just 2. I'm shooting for rank 1 and that requires killing thousands of Yagoos, which is impossible with Injection's drain active. Kusogaki/Injection is fun in stage, but like I said I'm trying for score maximization so I never want either. Also, I'm not sure where your level up stats are going, but Piki is routinely getting more ATK% for me than Injection would have, pic related. I'm frankly a bit tired of Iofi so I may do some Risu when I get home tonight, and I guarantee that speedy tank build will outperform glass cannon.

Right now it's quite balanced though? If you go full survivability then you you're alive for longer but you kill less Yagoo. If you go full glass cannon then the Yagoo until 32nd min mark are pure food, but you can probably only lasts until 35 or 36 min mark since they will just outscale your damage.
Of course mistake like Choco with Beetle and Jingisukan being able to do both sometimes appear.

Time is the only thing that dictates your HC multiplier, so the bonus score you get is fully dependent on it. Yes you need kills for your base score, but you need far less for every minute extra your survive.

For BASE score, not for HC. HC bonus is equal to Base_Score * (Minutes_Survived * .02). So when your final score is in the millions, each extra minute becomes worth several hundred thousand points

You're getting a base of 2, maybe 3 million pre-Yagoo and someone who just ran away with Snow Sake and Stun Stamp would kill very few of them. Those Baes are racking up points from killing massive amounts of Yagoos, probably while stationary tanking like >>56545360. my gripe with injection now lv200 runs are a thing isnt the hp loss but that 60% atk really really isnt that much in the endgame, thats what, 6 levels of 8% atk rolls
whereas the mask and monkey paw actually give you multipliers
just take mask or gorilla paw instead

Doesn't it go up to 80? That's still only 10 levels, and Piki is a strict upgrade starting at 320 HP, which I think even a speed tank build wants.

Anon, can you not read that leaderboard? I'm sitting at #4, having been stationary murdering Yagoo's the whole time. The only 3 above me all have a full 3 minutes of time survived more than I do, but barely 150k points between me and #1.

Atk is +8 per lvl, piki is ~+2.5% per health up. You have about 40 health-ups here + 100hp from super collab, which is what, +125% atk? So I can just put 6 levels in atk and rest in hp and be at ~160hp less, but with flames. I'd say it is not the worst trade-off, unless you are tanking.

I'd say, the more obvious problem with my run is that skipping glasses for injection is stupid, you catch up by the 30 minutes mark anyway. I'll tinker it more later this week.

Piki is a damage increase and not an attack increase which is fundamentally different though. Even the lowest HP characters get 14 HP every time they pick it, which is 3.5%. Piki is a multiplier, and looking at him, he has 632 HP. So it's a 158% damage increase.

One other thing to note is that it only affects the main weapon and skills. So it might not be as good for a full weapon run, since it's harder to stack HP.

Hardcore is the 1hp version, yeah? What’s weird is I did that with Kronii and lasted a really long time on level 4 which got me to 40th on the leaderboard. Then I did the same thing with normal hp on the same stage, lasted less time, and got 18th. I swear it’s something other than just longevity.

you don't. same thing as .5. when fatigue sets in, you either have autism, use a trainer or do something else. i have 4 monitors so it's easier to tune out but i have no desire to force gachikois past that limit, especially with how easy cleaning is with a full store. there's always other games to play.

No. For one, haste doesn't affect a lot of damage skills, but the 75% reduction in damage does, so it's a straight negative for some characters like Sana, Azki, Kaela, etc. Same thing with certain collab items, like Stream of Tears or Endless Fujoshi. And as others have said, you can easily get that haste from stat upgrades if you are playing endless, without the hit to your damage output.

An unupgraded Dragon Fire with 55% crit + shopmax kills the boss in a minute by aiming at boss while keeping him at edge of screen + manually dodge some bullets.
I'd disable two weapon slots in shop to waste less level ups on weapons, and Dragon Fire particularly benefits from anvil upgrades due to its rate of fire.

Rather than the multiplier it'd be wiser to reduce the penalty range. Seems like Kay also realized that and stealth buffed it from 150px to 130px. The idea of the item is to kill the backlines first rather than dealing with whoever closest to you, so if you're taking it you need to also build collabs that appear out of thin air like Flattening Board and not something that comes out from your character like Ringfit.

Yup I also encountered it on some of my runs, sometimes the Yagoos just take an ungodly amount of damage. No idea how to reproduce it though to report the bug in the first place, and looking at this image the only common thing they had with my run were the Snow Flower Sake and Elite Cooking. Maybe it has something to do with the corner of the map since I was also tanking over there?

In theory sure, but how many chains do you even need for it to get over 30k non crit damage? Unless there's some way to ensure them to keep chaining nonstop it feels pretty unlikely to reach that kind of damage.

I never pay attention to leaderboards but if there isn't one there should be a board for Stage Mode. The score counting could cut off at 20 minutes with a bonus for how fast the final boss is killed or something like that, removing time from the equation altogether.

It does neither of those things. It increases crit damage to 300% (from 200%). 'crit' as a stat is the chance of a crit. Anything else applies after that.

I'm not gonna lie, I was a bit disappointed. This makes me wonder, how well does each main weapon scale? Because when I tried something similar with Subaru, she had a +19 weapon and was getting about 6k a ball which is more than I expected.

Any tips to get the 500 HP achievement? I'm playing on endless and the highest HP I can get up to is around 300 before I get killed, and this is with a solo weapon so I can get access to permanent stat buffs earlier.

Weapons off. Tried with Kiara and got shit RNG, not enough HP+. Used Sana after and got it done. Her kit is way more brainless. Ended up stacking so much damage too I got the weapon upgrading achievement.

instead of garbage weapons you get more raw stats like hp and speed. As long as you have a good starter weapon and skills it's fine. Grabbing a super colab is probably more optimal though.

When you fill out all your slots and upgrade everything each level up consists of two stat upgrades, a heal, & money. Getting rid of weapon or item slots makes this faster.

Doesn't hurt that Piman is godlike. The fact that Kiara can run around with 800 HP while her sword is a multi-hit attack that can do 5k per hit feels fucking insane.

yeah, piman, glasses, and stamps (including the solo stamp) means that your main weapon is generally going to still do enough damage despite being your only one.
