Vshojo did promote itself as not taking any cut from it, but who knows if it's true anymore (or was it just special deal for Kson). But they do take 100% on merch they make.
Nijisanji apparently has same split as holo 50/50. The shit part comes from merch where they take 98%
Holos do have 50/50, but they earn lots from merch. Unknown how many % they get.
Don't know about Phase.
