As far as I'm concerned, they should all be exempted. Provided, of course, the collabs were done purely in good faith. And the talents themselves handled things professionally. None of that owning the haters/"improve yourselves"/whatever other condescending bullshit. And that any issue that might arise would be handled internally and quietly.
