Kiara seems to uphold the cultural values of Hololive the most. As much as I dislike her chicken scratch voice and annoying mannerisms, she's probably the reason that EN hasn't become Nijisanji 2.0

We have enough information to see it's Kiara and management lowkey agrees since they always hand her the MC portions for "official" stuff.

But for marketing Gura is the center (she actually didn't used to be but they finally realized it milks numbers, I guess).
