Most of the stuff from Tokoyami Towa, Moona Hoshinova, Hoshimachi Suisei and Metro Mew are good. AZKi I absolutely love but most of her songs are "too" Jpop if that makes sense, same can kind of be said for Suisei.
Excluding most of the acoustics I have played all of these songs from my Spotify likes with the windows down in my work vehicle, and no not blaringly loud.
