In a way it's true in like they own the IP, they introduced and manage the talent etc that successful chuuba wouldn't be what it is without Niji. Basically if you argue "being a Nijisanji is a guaranteed 100k subs silver plaque even if you were the worst talent in the world" you can say the talent did basically no work to get the plaque. However the ones getting the gold plaque for a mil subs put in work and time and objectiely accomplished more than many other talents in the company, and have helped grow the company's name and image - they absolutely deserve the gold plaques and that's fucked to deny it to them and claim it's still all just the company's credit. No it fucking is not. Even the silver ones it's like, that's such a nice physical morale booster for a talent to have and cherish, it makes everything feel more real etc and they keep those just to pimp their own office wall that the public / talents won't even see.
I wonder if, whenever it happens (even if it takes years) in the future, when Anycolor closes (or gets bought and dissolved) - will that finally free up the plaques to be distributed? Or will Riku just keep them all and remodel his bathroom to use their plaques as tiles?
