>>56751721This, Nijisanji EN had a strong front up though nothing to back up the push. Even Lazulight has a middling to bad talent in Finana. Though unlike others here I have a final solution to fix Nijisanji's EN branch.
1. Consolidate, Lazulight and Obysdia get merged into Lazuarus (Lazarus). Finana Ryugu is graduated and a collab ban is implemented to rebuild wave integrity. Ethyria is rebranded as Platinum and would a soft relaunch with a collab ban in place. Finally all other generations afterwards gets members axed. Luxium gets to keep 3 members. Shu, Vox, and Ike to limit blowback Noctyx is gone, Iluna besides Maria gone, Xsole gone, and Krisis axed.
The remainders would be consolidated into Radium and collab banned for several month. (Slightly toxic)
2. Rebuild, slowly establish a new brand image and shake the controversies.
3. Renew, once rebuilding is finished then continue expansion of the branch at a slower pace.
