Panko can definitely be a good investment in my opinion. She loves Hololive, is close to her audience without being stupid with it, doesn't preach homo collabs, has talent in singing, and can fit in either a new EN generation or in another project. There's a reason she was scouted by Phase, that fish was right about her, but her environment in Phase just doesn't give her enough room to grow.
