Where buttons are nice and big, everything is nicely organized into a grid and every switch juts out 1-2 inches where it's easy to select them.
Real aircraft are not designed that way, and touch/motion controls in a cockpit where a button could be less than a centimeter in size is a maddening experience. Which is the point of HOTAS controls, HOTAS means Hands On Throttle And Stick, AKA: You can control almost all things you need in flight by touch even if you can't see your hands. Which is why most VR setups for the autistic flight sims have the super expensive sticks and throttles with tons of buttons and knobs.
