1. management believe it or not fucking up with his projects and him burning out because of it, some projects he wanted to be holostars only and others he wanted collabs with the girls which prob got shut down which, fair enough but doesn't make sense why management went full autism about Holostars only shit.
2. He's a massive narcissist it's easy to see if you pay attention (especially to his RM) so the fact he got Magni as a model to start out was his main problem from day 1 which is why he even went to RM to bitch about it, him getting a 1.5 when Vesper got a 2.0 probably was the nail in the coffin for him.
I think it's a shame because he's a funny guy but yeah he's also to blame clearly.
