Hell, Mori debuted with a fully produced song, that had to be nearly 2 months of work minimum.
Considering that, June or July is likely the month that contracts expire. Even if they don't expire until September, you'd probably start negotiations around now.
It wouldn't surprise me at all if the Vshojo collabs came from the negotiations. All of HoloEN, but especially Gura and Mori can afford to be strong negotiators for this contract renewal.
