As someone who knew such girls back in school, it’s just not doing it for me. Dunno why, it just feels more cringey than endearing. My main issue though is that she’s pretty much only good for zatsus. To be fair, she’s really good in that regard, but I like seeing the girls interact with things rather than just talk to the void endlessly.

From what I saw of her RE8 stream, Nerissa seems to get tilted and defensive whenever she has trouble with a game. She can’t just laugh it off when she messes up, and it starts feeling awkward once she’s clearly no longer enjoying the game. That might be part of the reason she keeps playing games she already knows instead of trying new stuff.

It's somewhat amusing how that's the opposite of how Shiori talks, with not wanting to play games she's played or knows the story for, because she won't find it interesting. Obviously there's going to be exceptions but it's a fun contrast.
