Magni, who is in the same situation (can make more money as his rm so he plans on quitting), decided to try and twist their arm for a bunch of bullshit, likely knowing it would backfire, instead of shutting up, announcing his graduation, and making a bunch of money that way.
So yes, from a “not being shitty to your fans” perspective, what Magni did was way shittier than Sana. I’ll talk about how terrible a hire she was all day, but she handled realizing she didn’t want to be there and running down the clock far better than Magni did.
