Nijisanji literally uses mass production techniques from the industrial age while Hololive uses marketing and brand appeal that fits the digital age. In other words, you use digital media to build a brand and make people want to watch your idols.
I guess the moral of the story is don’t just impulsively take the decision that gives you short term gain and be flexible to new ideas you might stumble upon by accident?
