I am currently praying every moment of my life that something like this happens with her and gura as well. The little bit of PeGura we got was great and I think they’d get along well. Pekora seems to like her a lot and gura is enough of a doormat to go along with her schemes.

Well correct me if I'm wrong but it was the first big interaction after a long ass dark age. Where the only ones building major projects were Haato and Watame keeping the server alive with their weird constructions. This was a big event. Then the Gen 5 was the next big event, and everyone came back.
Moona joined Usaken after that.

The kensetsu arc was the most important event in holominecraft history. Having building collaborations let people other than haato build big things, they no longer needed a "what for" or motivation to build things other than a house. You're building a ferris wheel because it fits what usaken is building. It also marked the start of more informal and spontaneous collaborations between members.
For a group of reclusive autists forced to stream, having the security of a group when doing creative work is important, a bit like not having stage fright if there's people sharing the stage with you.
Everything in recent minecraft history can be defined with before and after rapisurazuri. It is a pivotal event even in how holos interact with eachother.
