8/10 honestly. What I feel hurts the album the most is the fact that half of it are the songs that she has already released. Now I can understand from a certain point of view that you would want to have your songs out there in a physical format. But I know that alot of people that I talked to expected the entire thing to only be new songs. However, the new song she did release are fucking awesome cheif among them being The Great Wanderer and Retrospective. Overall it is great but I wish there was more originals to listen to and not songs that have been heard before.

I'd have less of a problem if it were just Sparks and Do U because these two fit a lot better with the genral musical style of the rest of the album than her earlier songs.

I'm a shogazy/nu metal fag and her music (pop and similar genres) is not of my taste and she's not my oshi.
However, the album is solid, I'm not going to make comparisons with other members, if I had to rank it I would put it in B or maybe A tier. S tier being any of Suisei's heavy hitters

I'm judging the musical aspect of it, not it's popularity, although her voice may not be the best and there is room for improvement it's the best it can get right now, each of her songs are very well produced and it shows how strong her team was.

Not the biggest kiara fan but 3/5 new tracks are great. I also appreciate that she includes her older songs too. I found it really weird that BAE's EP didnt include Play Dice, for example.

that has always happened with every holo that had previously released singles before a full album. it happened to suisei, it happened to mel, it happened to okayu, it happened to towa, etc.
good thing is that pretty much everytime the new songs are fantastic and more than 4 or 5 (that's a lot!) and well worth the wait, and also a lot of people may have never heard of the previously released songs anyway so it's a win-win for everyone.

irys had a cassette release once, and suisei is releasing a cassette for her upcoming MGO album (though it contains extra content, not the album itself). yeah it's fucking weird but it's a cool collection item.

yeah but what usually happens here is that these chuubas release a 12 song album and only 4 or 5 of them are truly new releases (because they just release music at whatever pace they can, until they get the chance to assemble an album at which point they already have like 6-8 originals), whereas the common standard is to release 2 or 3 singles to promote the album.
