Has Watame talked much about how she got into the groove of being a hard worker? From what little I know about her in the past tense it seems she wasn't exactly the most ambitious with her studies or job prospects. That isn't an indictment, or a factual statement even, but just something that seems to be the case.
I'm curious how her empathic and emotional sponge nature works with her hardwork ethic. I think I could understand it from a "feels good to help others and be a light for others", but even then it's still a crazy amount of work she puts in.

Speaking honestly I can and am doing intense work but it's passive. I don't have to get in my car and drive, it will happen each day whether I want it to or not. All I have to do is not quit and deal with the load on my back --
But Watame has to wake up everyday. It's not like she just streams passively, she has an intense schedule of dance classes, making songs, supporting her genmates, etc. She does much more than just not quit and bear the weight.

If you have any JP clips which show her explaining this please let me know. I can kinda understand Japanese, at-least enough to make sense of what I want to know.
