The key to the matches isn't really individual skill but rather teamplay. If you watch the POV for both sides you can see the difference there.
The homos are calling out enemy positions, moving together as a team and focusing their attacks.
The holos struggle to make their teamplay work and weren't able to rally around the strongest member of their team.
Botan is good, but even she can't fight 5 well-coordinated players alone, and thats what happened. Botan can hold her own until the thin teamwork the holos have fall apart and she ends up fighting 5 homos alone.
