She's an extremely profitable mascot, she doesn't have to do a single fucking thing and it wouldn't surprise me if she has a separate contract from all the others that straight up reduces how much she needs to show up on stream. Unlike Rushia, they don't have to fear terminating her due to retardation because it just so happens that she's naturally a ghosting kind of person so she doesn't sneak her way into breaking any NDAs by talking to people about shit she shouldn't talk about.
