"Kino", from german "cinema", was a hipster term for something of high aesthetic value, but now is basically devolved into just another word for "great, amazing, extraordinary, outstanding, awesome" etc.
"Pilled" originally came from "redpilled", you know the Matrix, basically meaning to become aware of some deeper truth, but nowadays you can just add "-pilled" to anything you want to express how "based and [x]pilled" it is.
