The most perfect fit I ever saw was Rushia. Both the soft voices and the Eva 01 death scream, it fitted perfectly. Current Miguel gato is also good, but it's not on the same level (a necromancer being a psycho menhera yandere makes more sense than a random catgirl)

Very difficult to separate the model from the people. I'll say the one that matches the least is probably Noel, they could have slapped jugs onto any model and there wouldn't be much difference.

Tierlist OPs should be ban on sight. Also If you wanted to produce an actually objective list for something like this, you'd need to find a weeb who has never watched Holo JP members to do the ranking.
