She didn’t “make it”, the event itself was already over, and as Luna said earlier today in her zatsudan stream, she was about to sleep (sad because she had missed the festival) when Subaru asked her to come with her privately/off stream to enjoy some of the attractions. They weren’t even supposed to appear on stream, it was just a coincidence that they ended up showing up in Miko’s. They were like Noel and Flare who were busy after Flare’s operation and are scheduled to go check the festival out today.
