Suisei couldn't repeat her success and mainstream artists have pushed both of her singles off the chart. Interesting thing to note here is that Butter rose to third spot and thus we can see that it sold 2,144 units. I think it more likely that Yumeutsutsu is falling off rather than Butter receiving a boost, so we could assume that it has been selling steadily around 2,200 units for the past couple of days, since Yumeutsutsu sold 2,355 yesterday.
If this is correct, then I'd hazard to guess that in order to be fourth, Kiseki Knot sold around 8,000 units on the first day. Bluerose and Comet probably sold only around 2,000 units both. It's hard to say how much the songs at the bottom of the list are selling right now, but I think not all that much. This would mean the sales are very poor after the first day, though possibly adding up to as much as a couple thousand more over the week, but maybe not. Although many of the releases on the lower rungs are fairly new, they are still around month old and I'm not too sure if the sales are all that much.
This would mean Kiseki Knot actually sold more in a day than Ghost in a week (

Bluerose and Comet on the other hand sold less which must be disappointing since Suisei must have been anxious to get her first song finally on sale. With Yonezu mogging everyone with his three new songs, BTS and all those other relatively new releases, it looks doubtful Suisei will be able to make it to Oricon Weekly Top 20. Around 5,000 sales ought to be enough to get to the list, so Kiseki Knot might still stand a chance, but the competition is tough and maybe I'm overestimating the actual sales. This actually matters, since Japanese radio shows do have numberfagging programmes and being 11th did get Ghost some radio play which I would wager did contribute in its own small way to Suisei's current incline. There's also an opportunity lost in that getting to the list often is how DJs are going to remember your name and pick up your songs and the kind of people who earn money or their housewives are the kind of people who are likely to listen to the radio.
