Only reason I don’t push her down further is because the people in they’re okay who she’s better than but they aren’t mediocre so I won’t push them down

Based on the factors you chose I can’t deny the 4 at the top deserves their spot but that just shows this is a biased list. Sora is a better singer than Towa but if you’re giving points to vocal timbre her male voice being deep as well as partially gravelly wins out with the only person comparable being Mio who’s still growing as a singer.
IRyS is top tier in all those metrics, except soul, arguably better than the others in that tier but that’s all it is it sounds good it doesn’t pull people in like Gura which is why you put her at the back. People call that music for musicians versus music for people. Music for people wins out every time
Risu is praised as the best singer in Holo because of her skills but she’s worse than Moona. Moona is a one note singer but that one note is better than anything Risu can pull off even if she can do way more.
Lastly Suisei there’s nothing I can say that hasn’t been said before and that includes overrated. She has the best song in Hololive that despite people trying can only be captured by her voice. Suisei’s greatest strength isn’t her skill it’s that she makes good music that perfectly fits her, very few songs in Hololive do that with the only one off the top of my head being Caesura of despair which isn’t a good song and My song by watame. Listen to other songs like Capsule with Mori, or Getcha with Mori (mostly songs with Mori) her stats drop a fair bit because she’s not leading the song but the same can’t be said for AZKi she remains close to the same level regardless of song or composition
If a top 10 were to be made encompassing everything as a singer order would be
>Azki, Suisei, Sora, Gura*, Moona, Risu**, Okayu, Irys, Shion, Towa*Gura could crack the top 3 and maybe reach number 1 but she’d need to at least reach Shion’s level of skill
**Risu seems like a natural talent her songs are great but unless she can make an amazing song that compliments her voice don’t see her in the top 5
Side note Kanata at her best is top 3 in the company and not 3 but she’s always dying
Song honorable mentions would be Reflect and Marine’s song which are at their best sung by them but are no where close to pushing them as singers. There are covers done by Okayu, Towa, Mio, and Sora that do that which shows the biggest weakness for most holos is they are bad at making songs.
