>>57830787It's down to definitions IMO. For example, Ame has bigger boobs proportionally to her own body than Mori, but Mori obviously has Ame beat in sheer mass. Who has "bigger boobs"? Some would say Ame, some would say Mori. There are some outliers, like how Kronii has basically everyone except Sana and Noel beat in both mass and proportions, but things get blurry in the middle of the pack.
Also, this is not accounting for style of clothing. Shiori's dress is definitely flattering, it works like a corset or a push-up bra. I'd say she looks bigger than she is.
On the other hand, people need to give Fauna some respect. She would be considered the big titcow of any other EN generation than Council.
