The entire modus operandi of the company is to spam vtubers which marginally increases the profits of the company while splitting the income for all the talents. So Niji's profit goes up 1%, the talent's income drops 30%, and Niji says "that's good!" It's a revenue maximizing operation that doesn't care about the talents, and that's why they're quitting in large numbers.
