so the weakpoint of the cleaner is the big burning lava stack that it drags behind it. more specifically, the weakpoint is the top opening of the stack.
she never did switch her target-lock to the stack unit (it counts as a separate unit so you can flick the right stick to switch your target-lock to it) but every now and then, she would fire the vertical plasma missiles, and the enemy would charge forward, so when the missile rains down they all land on top of and hitting the weak point.
i think the tiny glowing terminal right in front of the robot is also a weakpoint, which she diligently spammed her shotgun on during the boss' stagger down time, which was great.
