There's plenty of talented people out there anon, but the entertainment industry requires that on top of being good at what they do, they also must be marketable (and often being able to also market themselves) - which a lot aren't.
But when you can give them a nice avatar and play up their personality traits by making them play the character and are willing to work with them to refine them into being markatable, you can strike gold.

But that's how long it takes to produce a song/music video when you're doing it independently on your spare-time, anon.
You have to write the song, come up with a melody, record the vocals, mix everything together, then create the visual assets and then making and editing the music video.
If you can't do it all by yourself, it may involve finding collaborators or saving up money in order to pay for what you can't do or learning to do everything on your own - which also takes a lot of time.
Doing creative work takes a lot of time and effort.
