Example: I also follow a 3view indie (doing very well on her own) and when she started selling merchs for the first time, she had to take AN ENTIRE WEEK OFF just to... properly label all the packages for her orders and shipping them out.
Why, because she':s new at it, of course.
Management do help a lot. You just don't see it.
