I personally know being rewarded with stupid amount of money for shit job is so fucking demoralizing. While I know just how much effort I put into high quality work earlier - and nobody noticed anything. Nowadays I try to work only the most minimal amount of the work I have to, and completely cut off work from my life to dedicate rest of my time for my personal endeavors. Gura seems to follow similar mindset. ... I honestly can't fault her.
