Watson gets creative and fools around with the medium a la Haachama, so I'd say she's less overrated.
Zawa's prior numbers speak for themselves, regardless of what we all think about her being lazy and lacking ambition. Still overrated by about a million subs due to holobuff.
Kiara underrates herself by using an obnoxious fake voice and not doing German only streams to flex her full talent as a polygot. She's got the right idea about what being a Holo means, but often seems to get too blinded by her own ambition as well as the stereotypical Hololive content template to really embrace her individual strengths. In that sense, shitburd is significantly overrated just from being carried so much by the holobuff while not branching out or taking risks.
IMO, Inuyama Tamaki is the most obscenely underrated entirely because of the language barrier. Otherwise she's arguably one of the highest spec vtubers there is. She does everything from vtubing to facecamming to running her own agency to manga and so on and so forth. She's also a nonstop parade of high profile collabs. Apparently she even did a thing with Asuka's voice actress. However, because most of her streams' appeal is dialogue based, the rest of the world gets hard filtered by gratuitous Nihongo. That, and she's less girlfriend experience than literal unironic celebrity given her connection to the anime industry.
Tldr vtubing numbers make no sense and aren't a good metric for quality.
