Hololive has been changing for over a year now, driven by corporate goals of meeting every legal requirement and appealing to both investors and collaborators. Things from Cover's first claim that (something like) "we will ensure we have permissions for everything" followed by the Holocaust proving they hadn't done enough to the increasing oversight on content that even killed off Kanata's Holo Otaku streams that would have done nothing but promote other Holos. It's inevitable some things would be lost in the process. Coco was one of those things that got strangled out.
YAGOO doesn't have direct control over Hololive, but he CAN influence it. It's not impossible he will start trying to iron out ways to improve the situation for every Holo and their content while also meeting the needs of a very visible and connected media corporation.
They swung the pendulum far far into the play-it-safe zone in response to various troubles, and it can swing back closer the middle. Coco might be able to survive in the middle.
