Yes. Mandatory streams are only contractually required for the 1st year. After that the talents are free to decide for themselves for much/little they stream. Whether Gura wanted to stream as much as Kaela or if Kaela wanted to stream as little as Gura, both are completely fine with Cover as long as they do what Cover requires them to do AKA not stream, but shill merch, idol stuff, recordings, etc.

This isn't even a workplace issue gura's just popular. Pekora has the same amount of popularity and streams constantly, it's of Kaela's own volition to stream this much. Maybe it's not fair but neither is anything in the entertainment industry, most popular people usually don't deserve the amount of success they get.

what is "Fair" to you? Do you think that popularity/success is merely a "If I stream 30 hours I should get 30x what someone who streams 1 hour gets" equation? What about oversaturation? Plenty of places I've worked had people who took 3-4x the time to complete the same task as others, should they be paid 4x the amount just because they were slow to do it? What is fairness? Should all outcomes be equal regardless of effort or results? What a dumb post.
