I've been applying for years and always got a bunch of views on my audition videos. I suddenly stopped getting views right after they hired Advent.
I thought it was because they got to know me through my older auditions and they weren't interested in me, but then I heard of other people getting no views, so at this point I'm sure they're just ghosting.
Now the question is: why would they keep the auditions open if they don't check them anymore? It's disrespectful and unprofessional, they should just close them and don't waste people's time and effort.
