Magni wouldn't have left if he was any more relevant in Holo as much he was on his RM. Besides that, Kson pretty much single-handedly saved Mike after her termination, and Sana is still a good friend with all of Council and with Ina. Even Aloe keeps getting mentioned by her genmates, even though she didn't last 2 weeks.
