>>58504063Yeah, NijiEN's biggest issue is 0 outreach. You could potentially stumble on Holotori Dance thinking it is some meme video, or be told this vtuber Marine has insane animation for a song. Which also plays into the strength of having branches be close, finding one can lead to the other. Right now NijiEN is only known for drama cause that's the only big things they do. Big collabs don't draw in new eyes, the EN sphere is too big for cultural events/passtimes, only 3 have 3D for events and they're just not showing off a range of talents.
>>58504119I don't think just sending in more waves is entirely a bad strategy. Eventually some company will find a new vein of fans. Problem is doing the same sort of waves repeatedly. HoloEN will also face this issue soon. What they need is people dedicated to ASMR, content creators, musicians, etc and give them backing. Random example from the JP side, I found out one is doing VA in Disgaea 7. That'll be the first time someone finds out about them yet EN have nothing like it. Though they failed to make a esports wave so maybe they just lack the pull.
