This is a weird argument when it's clear the breaks aren't entirely her own fault.

The fact that so many people have failed to connect the dots is astounding. Everything the Myth girls have said regarding their early days in Hololive was filled with disdain for management and how they were basically left to fed for themselves for the better part of at least 1 year. They all grinded during that 1st year, and now all of them except for Kiara have just steadily declined in terms of how much effort they put in

Because all (you) see is the 1 or 2 hour streams. It's a corporation, so there are meetings, performance metrics, and stretch goals to reach in order to maintain your employment. And all that happens off stream.
