Is there anything else to do after you clear stage 3 hard? This game is severely lacking in content compared to VS. I have 80+ hours clocked in VS but Holocure only took me 12 hours to clear all the stages.

That's around the same time as Vampire Survivors, and even though Vampire Survivors is cheap it's still a paid game and Holocure is a free fan made game

grinding all of the girls is the hard part. the update made it quite a bit easier but still a big time sink.
also i dont understand how you are supposed to get the fishing streak achievement. maybe i should be doing it using a keyboard?

Just Korone. It takes too long. Game desperately needs a hyper/hurry mode like VS because sometimes I don't feel like replaying a stage for 20 mins over and over.

Once you get all the upgrades and all the talents to G Rank 20 you can just beat the hard mode stages to get Gachikoi so that's only 3 games per character. It's still a big grind though.

I don't get how you can complain about content. Even after clearing hard stage 3, you still have so many god damn characters to at least clear once with (nevermind going for gachikoi).
There's also all the Holohouse content to cap out on, Time trials, five gorillion achievements, getting on the leaderboard for your oshi etc.
It's the type of game you stop playing not because there's nothing to do but because you're just satisified with how much you've played (until the next update drops).

I got an insider leak, next major update adds a beach you can access from the bottom right of HoloHouse and you can find Kiara there in her new bikini outfit.

if you already have a decent amount of upgrades you just semi afk farm the easy stages and the hard stage 1.
i think shion is the easiest one to farm without having to move, hato, fauna, mumei are also good but anyone can do it when you have enough upgrades.
i have 2 monitors in one i farm gachikoi the ones i think could be fun or have interesting builds and in the other i watch vods.

I played the mobile version 'cause it was free so it was without DLC or any recent updates but quite frankly that game is boring as hell

Holocure being twin-stick and having characters with meaningful differences makes it an inherently more engaging experience that's a lot easier to sink time into
Every new update adds significant content, practically changes the whole game

By the time we hit 1.0 there'll be no question that Holocure is better

Play the other characters. Compete in the leaderboards. Max all the stats, achievements, etc.
Don't like that kind of content? Then I don't believe you played VS.

is not a chore if you find it funny. theory crafting the build so you dont die by not moving, balancing dmg vs hp, delaying upgrades so the drops fall close, watching it all happen.
there is also a big difference between having everything unlocked since the beginning and the feeling of earning it, thats why rpgs are a thing, its alll about balance if is way too boring of course it is a chore

How the fuck do you complain about a game you not only dont have to pay for, nobody asked you to play it and especially nobody asked you to get all the gachikois or achievements if you dont want to

It's there because some people like that stuff
