Total live view count from both companies add up to about the same on any given day, dock 10% for EOPs for hololive JP. Also Hololive was way less popular and had fewer talents back then. I think it will settle at a nice 5:3 ratio once the year is done and Hololive dies down.

We have months of data showing that Hololive almost consistently beats Niji in live viewers every night, except for big streams like 3D debuts or rare collabs with e-celebs. Kuzuha himself makes up for 1/3 to half of Niji's live viewers when he's having a good day, so any day he doesn't stream, Niji isn't even in the same ballpark. You can argue about how many of those viewers are EOP or how much more fanatical JP fans are for Niji on 5ch, but in terms of consistent nightly live viewers, it isn't really a contest.

Gen 5 was used as sponsors for Microsoft, Family mart, a charity, a magazine and molly. They also did successful vark concerts. Lamy for one has had 2 liquor sponsors. Botan is a sponsor magnet. Nene is the same with her being featured in an anime song and even a galge game. Polka has her own series. I don't know about hated. As far as mainstream appeal, this is unit is the best forefront after gen 3.
