>>5864815Obvious answers could be Peko or Subaru but there's only so much Moona can say or do with a language barrier between them. Subaru actually tries her hardest to approach Moona with her English but Moona has somewhat dismissive attitude to her (ignoring some of Subaru's flirting attempts, fatherzone, Moona mentioning Pekora's envy etc). Pekomoon てぇてぇ stuff is nice and heart warming but language barrier is really tough to overcome here but it's certainly possible over time as both improve their language skills.
Having those two obvious ones out of the way it's pointing to Reine isn't it. No language barrier there. That siri yab clearly bothered Moona a lot that day and Reine was there for her when it happened and provided her some emotional support in need later I bet, since she did ask Moona in chat to talk on dicord if I recall correctly. I kinda wished for Moona to say Peko or Subaru but Reine just fits the whole story better imo. Anyway happy for Moona either way and Reine is a good choice.
