neurosama is a fucking COMPUTER PROGRAM. "she" is not a person. she is associated with a vtuber model and has been since she's started streaming. the AI model, and the vtuber model, are called neurosama. for most of her career so far, her model has been another free-to-use model (one of the live2d defaults). she recently got a new model that looks like the model she used to have. despite this, fucking everyone and their grandma considers neurosama to have been a vtuber and to still be the exact vtuber now.
