She didn't change. Sora has been coming out of her shell a lot this year, but then got depression as she realised the sheer extent of the rift that has been allowed to form between her and others. The costume was just another step. The best is yet to come for Sora-chan!

Don't forget her entire family knew about the state of her room. It became a family event when it was finally cleaned because her parents told everyone the news. From what I remember, Sora said she basically threw herself into vtubing at full-throttle from the start, so she just never had the time or incentive to sort it out. A lot of it was boxes and random shit, not food packaging and mold.

This outfit ruined Okayu. Completely changed up her solo stream personality after getting it. She went from down to earth and chill to lolsexbait.
It definitely increased her Superchats but it felt like a completely different person.

Agreed, good examples. If anything they showed that at the end of the day, all women are just whores and all they need is the right catalyst to showcase it. People don't actually miss the old IRyS model specifically, they just miss the old IRyS it contained within its goofy shell. I also think Suisei's short-hair handsome look made her more annoying.
