Now let's talk about how the talent called by other talent, a lot of them are called by the given name or a nickname and excluding given name like sora or nickname like ateshi and single name like robocco or the weird case like hachamaa this is the list of holomem that mostly called by their family name

So by that information we can see that a lot of times holomem called other with their given name and only choice otherwise when the given names is hard to pronounce (Aki Rosenthal)or when the family names is much more cute(Kobo kanaeru). So I think everyone called her Calli simply because its her given name and it's much more cute than Mori.
Second let's talk about how member refer to themselves. Some of them refer to themselves with the name that used by other member(Aki,towa), use a nickname or title (ame, sanchou) or just simply use 1 person pronouns (ateshi,watashi) and for Mori's case she mostly use 'atashi' when speaking Japanese and 'me' when speaking English I don't watch her and I can't find a video of her calling herself 'mori' but if she did called herself that than the explanation is probably simply because she don't like the feminine name calliope so much so she prefers to use Mori.
Conclusion: Mori calliope is getting called Calli by other holomem because it's the norm and it's cute while she called herself Mori because it's less feminine and suit her more
