1) The dating scene is completely fucked in Japan just like the west, it's hard meeting new people as an adult and Japanese men cen either be spergy or not interested in relationships (See Choco's dating woes).
2) Women don't date down, the guys earning millions won't go for 30 something women pretending to be anime girls (Marine). Meanwhile girls like Suisei and Choco want a rich husband and the average guy is now not an option due to their personal success.
3) Being a vtuber means they have to keep that shit hidden from their BF and hope he won't think they are a prostitute or OF girl. If he finds out he could be a fan which brings other issues.
4) Some are legitimately mentally ill and unlikely to meet new guys (Pekora is straight, she wants kids as shown by her going from 0 cats to 2 cats and a monkey, she's unable to talk to most people especialyl dudes).
5) Career makes it hard to meet new guys, then you neet to vet them and marry them. This process takes several years, so they should have been looking years ago.
6) Some are unironically at an age where pregnancy is hard if not impossible. But given their money hopefully some of them froze eggs and can get IVF but this still has a high fail rate. However google does say "A woman from Orlando, USA, has become the oldest woman on record to give birth following IVF using her own, fresh eggs. Belinda Slaughter, who was 46 at the time of treatment, conceived after doctors transferred four embryos created using her eggs and her husband's sperm." So some still have a chance if they are serious about wanting a family.
