IRyS panders way harder than the majority of ENs but she doesn't ever get personal with the viewers. She does GFE streams, avoids male collabs, and flirts at the gestalt entity of chat but she shares very limitedly and once in awhile she just puts her fucking foot down, breaks character and shuts down topics she doesn't like, like the matter of how close she is with other girls or things she isn't comfortable being made fun of over.
Meanwhile, IRyStocrats care very little about their oshi compared to most fanbases. She gets good numbers and a lot of affection from fans, but her music isn't supported, people are very vocal about what they want and don't want out of her, and her fans are constantly complaining about aspects of her they don't care about like her taste in anime or her choices in friends.
A lot of girls pander a lot less but show a lot more intimacy. Kronii often uses her fans as an emotional sponge even if she complains, Kiara is constantly oversharing her life even though she's gaying things up most of the time, Shiori provides the most cringy girlfriend experience in the world but she tries her best.
IRyS is merchandise. Top class merchandise, but still merchandise.
