>>5955651On one hand I'd like to talk to more people here, as you said we already self-select to have shared interests. On the other hand, keeping up with /wah/ already takes a lot of time (relatively speaking), and I don't want to spend even more time here.
I do think I would get more out of this trend/hobby if I joined smaller communities, but I'm not really a community person, especially the modern online web community, which is not what I'm looking for at all. I think my best course of action would be to keep going here and use Ina as a kind of filter/pre-selection for people that I meet in other places since we tako tend to have a lot in common
> we are all anons watching anime avatars and discussing it on a hungarian basket weaving forumThe anonymous culture helps a lot with feeling close to people, but I reject the idea that we're this close. Sure on /wah/ we seem to be close, but I have almost nothing in common with most of the people that frequent most of the boards. Hell I feel like most people in /hlgg/ are aliens to me, and I felt the same about /jp/ /hlg/
>>5956642>really popular in places like Latin America because of the occult theme, even though Vtubers in general are not a big thing thereThey seem really popular, at least in the anime circles. The "Rushia virus" thing mainly spreaded through the Latin America community , and Korone had a lot of Spanish in her chat at some point (at least a year ago)
